Sellertron LLC is a US-based limited liability company providing lead generation and business development services for clients and for our own internal business development.

We collect professional business information about Business Professionals from publicly available sources, third-party tools, and prospect interactions. This may include:
Identifiers and Business Contact Details: Name, job title, employer (company), business email address, business phone number, business mailing address, and LinkedIn profile URL.
Business Information (Sourced): Industry, company size, and technologies used by the employer.
Interaction Data (Internally Generated): Internal notes and classifications related to a prospect's potential fit for our or our clients' services, outreach history, and engagement metrics.
Information Provided by Business Professionals: Details voluntarily shared during conversations or responses to outreach, such as purchasing timelines, budget considerations, competitor usage, customer needs, technology stack, or other business-related information.
Website Form Submission Data: Information submitted directly to us via contact or demo request forms on our website (e.g., name, business email, company, phone number).
We only collect professional/B2B contact information and do not intentionally collect personal consumer data.
4. How We Collect Data
We collect data from the following sources:
From publicly available platforms such as LinkedIn and other verifiable business directories.
From third-party data providers like Apollo and similar professional B2B data services.
From information voluntarily provided by Business Professionals during conversations or responses to our multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, or phone).
From the Sellertron website when you voluntarily submit information through contact forms, demo request forms, or similar submission fields.
5. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal data for the following purposes:
To perform outbound sales and lead generation activities on behalf of our clients.
To identify and contact potential Business Professionals who may be interested in our clients’ services.
To perform similar activities for Sellertron’s own business development (e.g., finding new clients).
To maintain accurate records of interactions and improve the relevance of future communications.
6. Data Sharing
We may share personal data with the following parties:
Our Clients: We share the relevant Business Professional data with our clients for whom we perform lead generation services, but only to the extent necessary for performing the agreed-upon services and facilitating a qualified handoff.
Service Providers: Third parties that assist us in storing, managing, and processing data (e.g., CRM platforms, email marketing tools, sales engagement platforms, and data enrichment tools).
7. Legal Basis for Processing
GDPR (EU Residents):
We rely on legitimate interest to process your data for B2B marketing, specifically the interest in generating leads for our or our clients' B2B services/products, provided this does not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.
